YONECO and Total Land Care (TLC) introduced SAMALA Project to members of Chikho Area Development Committee (ADC) at a meeting that was held on 24 January, 2023 in Ntchisi district.
The Ward Councillor commended the project which he described as a very transformative undertaking. The Ward Councillor urged the ADC members to ensure that all community members and their leaders are supporting the project’s interventions.
“The area of Senior Traditional Authority (STA) Chikho has been greatly affected by climate change and it’s high time we did something to restore our environment,” explained the Ward Councillor.
In his remarks, STA Chikho expressed his gratitude and avowed his commitment to support the implementation of the project and he also urged the implementing partners to be accountable and transparent.
